our work process

PREVIOUS INFORMATION

We need to receive the following previous information about the project to prepare an adequate budget: technical plans, sketches or reference images, number of images to be made, delivery time, etc, that is all useful information to interpret the project. If the client has their own 3D models, we need to have them beforehand to do the necessary checks in accordance with our standards.

BEGINNING OF THE PROJECT.

Once the quote has been accepted and signed and after the down payment, we start working on the project. Progress images will be sent during the modeling process to confirm that everything is correct. The process images are in low resolution and always contain watermarks, which are only removed after final payment.

camera VIEWs, LIGHTING, MATERIALS

In this phase we generate test renderings of the architecture and with a first arrangement of furniture and decoration. These images will help us to dialogue with the client and allow him to choose the most appropriate points of view according to his needs. Once the points of view have been selected, we go ahead with the setting of materials, lighting and the creation of the desired environment.

PREVIEWS AND ANNOTATIONS

Once the materials and lighting have been applied, we perform the rendering of some new images that we will submit again to the analysis of the client, who will be able to tell us about possible adjustments. There is a maximum number of review sessions previously agreed with the client.

FINAL RENDERING IN HIGH RESOLUTION AND POST PRODUCTION

Once the previews have been approved, the final images are rendered and the necessary post-production adjustments are made. These images will be submitted to the client for the final conformity review.

DELIVERY AND INVOICE

Once the final renders have been accepted and after making the payment of the final balance, we will send the images in high resolution and without our watermark.
