Balmis is a project of AEDAS HOME.

At Holz Image we have developed the 3D visualization of the entire project: exterior renderings, interior renderings, drone flight service to be able to visualize the project within its real environment, 3D animation and promotional video for the sale and marketing of the new real estate development.

Balmis is a magnificent residential complex made up of 60 homes with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms with a garage and storage room. The urbanization has an infinity pool on the deck with exceptional views of the sea and a gym.

The objective of the work has been to allow, to all the international clients that the promoter has, the visualization of each one of the houses long before their realizations. Our renderings allow us to clearly understand what the result of the work will be before its execution.
